Mission Statement
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. It's ministry is motivated by the love of God. It's mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
What We Fund
The Salvation Army Summer Day Camp provides a safe, affordable program for youth ages 6–14 in Indiana County.
Serving 75 children, the camp offers meals, swimming, field trips, and daily learning activities. The program supports academic growth, social-emotional development, and life skills in a fun summer environment.
The Salvation Army’s Comprehensive Emergency Assistance Program helps individuals and families facing financial crises in Indiana County. Services include food, rent and utility assistance, clothing, furniture, and connections to additional resources.
The program provides immediate relief while helping clients work toward long-term stability.
