Kristy has over 25 years of experience as a consultant, leader, and portfolio manager. Her areas of expertise span talent management and engagement, creative and brand management, learning and leadership development, and strategic communication.
From Graphic Designer to Vice President, Kristy's experience has taught her the importance of balance. She is versed in connecting multiple perspectives across teams, programs, and customers. She finds the most satisfaction in building new solutions, teams, and programs.
She has served customers across the Department of Defense, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
She returned to Western PA in 2016 and joined the Indiana community as a full-time resident in 2021.
She believes that people succeed best when they have opportunity, support, and freedom. She also believes that listening is the most important thing we can do for one another.
The love of her life is her daughter, Lexxiana, who taught her to be ever curious and still reminds her daily that what matters most is how we make each other feel.
