Public Tour Times Available:

  • Thursday, November 21st - 7:00pm - 10:00pm

  • Friday, November 22nd - 8:00am - 10:00pm

  • Saturday, November 23rd - 8:00am - 10:00pm

  • Sunday, November 24th - 10:00am - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm (5:00pm to 7:00pm is a private event for ages 21+)

Your public tour tickets can be used during the times above and cannot be used for the VIP event or Breakfast with Santa. One ticket equals one entrance to the build. If you would like to attend more than one day, please purchase additional tickets for entry into the build.

Breakfast with Santa Tickets - Includes Meet with Santa, Printed Photo, Big Balloon Build Experience and Breakfast Buffet

Balloon Popping Party
